Owners shall not hang or attach any item (especially combustible materials) on or over any perimeter walls, pilasters or fences or Community Association fences or walls.

If a home is found to have materials on the fence when painting starts then any plant materials will be removed by the association and the owner will be billed for the labor involved for removal. Other materials found attached or hanging on the fence may result in a board hearing with potential fines.
