Board meetings are held on the third Wednesday of every month at 5 PM for the General Session which is open to all members. The agendas for the meetings are posted on every mailbox in the community in advance of the meetings. During those months on Daylight Savings Time the board meetings are held at the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course club house at 1275 Quail Gardens Drive in Encinitas. Throughout the other months of the year the meetings are held at Keystone Pacific located at 5050 Avenida Encinas in Carlsbad.
