In the late spring or early summer all of the streets in Encinitas Ranch will be resealed. This work will address any cracks in the road surface and an asphalt slurry will be applied. This is in keeping with our reserve study and will be funded out of our reserves. There will be no special assessments or increased costs to the homeowners. In addition, all of the stamped concrete sections of roadway will be cleaned and refinished.

The board of directors is in the process of developing formal specifications and a detailed scope of work. The community will then solicit multiple bids and select a firm in the next several months.

As the project nears commencement we will update all homeowners on the schedule. This project will create minor inconveniences for drivers but only for a portion of one day.
