Below are the minutes of the annual membership meeting held on Wednesday, November 29th at the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course club house.

NOTICE                       Upon due notice given and received, an Annual Meeting of The Encinitas Ranch Community Association was held on November 29, 2023, at the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course; 1275 Quail Gardens Drive, Encinitas, CA 92024.

 

CALL TO ORDER        The Annual Meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm.

 

DETERMINATION OF QUORUM                    Shannon Zgrzemski, the Inspector of Election from The Ballot Box, announced that a quorum of 25% of the voting power had been reached.

 

MINUTES                    Copies of the minutes from the prior year’s membership meeting were provided to the members present. Motion was duly made, seconded and unanimously passed to waive the reading of and to approve the minutes of the Annual Meeting held on November 16, 2022, as written.

 

NOMINATIONS           In accordance with the Association’s adopted election rules, nominations from the floor of the meeting are permitted. A call for additional nominations was made. No nominations from the floor were received.

 

VOTING                       It was noted that cumulative voting was permitted.

 

CLOSE POLLS           The Inspector announced the polls were closed at 5:00 pm. No additional ballots were accepted.
