As a reminder, the association is being managed by Curtis Management Company, Inc. and the transition to them managing our community started in June 1st of 2021.
Curtis Management mails out monthly statements to all homeowners even if you have set up auto debit payments.
This is a reminder that if you are interested in having your Encinitas Ranch monthly assessment automatically withdrawn from your checking account you can set this up through the Curtis Management website:

- Next scroll down halfway on the web page to find a box entitled “Auto Debit Form“
- Complete the form and follow the instructions. Make sure to include your account number which is located on the top righthand corner of your statement (account will being with CUR-). Double check that your banking information is correct.
- Next an email entitled “Adobe Sign” will be sent to the email address you provide to verify your identity. In that email click the link “confirm my email address“.
Your monthly assessment will be drawn from the bank you designated on the 10th of each month. If the form is received after the 8th of the month the draft will not begin until the following month. You will need to submit a separate payment for the pending month as Curtis Management cannot back draft.
