One cannot help but notice two of the housing developments planned along Quail Gardens Drive moving ahead rapidly with construction. One at the corner of Quail Gardens Drive and Encinitas Blvd. (Sunshine Gardens Apartments) and the other at the NW corner of Quail Gardens Drive and Leucadia Blvd. (Fox Point Farms.).

In total over 1300 housing units are to be built along the Quail Gardens Drive and Saxony Road corridor in the next few years.

As mentioned in previous communications a group of all of the HOA’s and neighborhoods along this road corridor have come together to form a consortium called the Four Corners HOA Consortium to advocate for traffic mitigation and safety measures. Members of our board of directors are leading this consortium. To date the leaders of this consortium have met with nearly all of the current city council members.

The consortium will be presenting to the city council this Wednesday, September 14th at 6 PM at city hall as part of the Oral Communications. The consortium will be asking to have this matter formally added to the council agenda. Owners are welcome to attend and we will keep the community updated regularly.
