The ballots for the election for the Board of Directors has been mailed to all members of the community.

It is vitally important that everyone take the time to review the ballot for the board of directors and the associated candidate statements. In order for the membership to hold an election a quorum is needed and that requires a minimum of 125 ballots. So, every ballot counts. Please vote!

If a quorum is not established, then the election is delayed for another month and additional expenses are incurred. Every vote counts.

If for some reason you did not receive a ballot you can contact Ballot Box, an independent vendor hired by the community to serve as our inspector of elections. They can be contacted at [email protected] and they will send you a new ballot.

The annual meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 16th at 5 PM at the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course, 1275 Quail Gardens Drive.
