After a competitive bid analysis the community has chosen Apache Asphalt to seal cracks in the road surfaces and reseal all of the streets in Encinitas Ranch. The crack sealing will be completed on Monday, August 14th and Tuesday the 15th. This work will not interfere with traffic and vehicles can drive on any street without causing any damage to the streets or vehicles.

The main project will start in mid-September and more details will be provided as the start date approaches. There will be road closures during this resealing work but there are plans to allow drivers to enter and leave the community. Stay tuned for more details.
