Many homeowners struggle with finding paint colors for both the exterior and interior of their homes. Over ten years ago the community engaged Sherwin Williams to look at each home in the community and identify the exterior paint colors. We maintain paint color books by developer at the Sherwin Williams store on El Camino Real in Encinitas. In addition, Keystone Pacific, our property manager, has a complete set of books. The books are in the process of being updated to reflect all of the homes repainted since the beginning of 2020. We expect that this update will be completed this summer.
