For those of you following and interested in the progress with the Fox Point Farms development you may be interested in attending of the first large events to use the public amenities at this development.
Encinitas EcoFest, the longest-running environmental fair in North San Diego County, will return Sunday, June 2 at Fox Point Farms.
The event from 11 a.m to 3 p.m. showcases the many ways to “go green” while having fun, featuring local green businesses, nonprofits, government agencies and more.
At EcoFest, the public can learn the latest ways to reduce their home’s carbon footprint, take part in family-centered activities, see the latest in eCars, test-ride eBikes and learn how they can save money with public incentives. There will also be local food and libations and live music.
