Please take a few minutes to review the board of directors candidate qualifications and send in your signed ballot to Ballot Box who included a self addressed mailing envelope with the ballot mailing. A sufficient number of ballots must be received in order to achieve a quorum and hold the annual meeting. At least 125 valid ballots are needed from members (25%) to achieve a quorum. This has been a challenge in some years so it is vitally important that you take time to vote. 

The deadline for the receipt of mailed ballots is 12:00 PM (noon) on November 18, 2024. Ballots will also be accepted at the meeting location on November 20, 2024.
