As of November 15th the Inspector of Elections for the Encinitas Ranch Community Association, Ballot Box, had received 128 valid ballots for the Board of Directors election. In order for the community to hold our annual membership meeting and election on November 20th, a quorum of the homeowners must submit signed ballots to the Inspector of Elections. A quorum represents 125 homeowners or 25% of the membership.

This is good news and there is still time to vote if you wish to, prior to the beginning of the annual membership meeting next Wednesday at the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course clubhouse.

You can stop by the golf course clubhouse between 4 and 5 PM to either drop off your ballot or to obtain a replacement ballot.
