YOUR HELP IS NEEDED 

If you’ve ever found yourself frustrated by the parking chaos on Paseo de las Flores, we need your help to make a change. We’re asking everyone to sign a petition to create a parking permit zone for Paseo de las Flores (aka, “the golf course entrance” to Encinitas Ranch)

What’s the background?  The Encinitas Ranch community is dealing with the fallout of poor planning by the City of Encinitas and the developers of Fox Point Farms. Paseo de las Flores has turned into a parking lot for construction workers and visitors, causing safety hazards, nuisances, loads of trash/rubbish, and quality of life issues. Many of us believe it’s only a matter of time before a serious accident occurs.

What’s the plan?  By working with the City of Encinitas, we can establish a parking permit zone for Paseo de las Flores. This process takes time, but it will allow Encinitas Ranch homeowners to park on this road.

How can you help?  The first step is a petition drive. We need 51% of homeowners in the South Mesa and Devonshire to vote for this parking permit zone. (The South Mesa includes all homes accessible from either Paseo de las Flores or Paseo de las Verdes, the only two public streets in Encinitas Ranch).
