Wrought Iron Fence Repair and Repainting Project – Reminder

Posted on: June 15th, 2026

This article is a reminder that the community has contracted with Pacific Western to repair and repaint all of the perimeter wrought iron fences starting on Monday, July 6th. The contractor will be working from north to south starting on Quail Ridge then moving to Ranch Road and  Lauren Court before starting on the developments south of Leucadia Blvd. The project is expected to take six to eight weeks depending on weather conditions.

Between now and the start of the project anything attached to the fences will need to be removed so that the painters can gain access to the fence. This means removing all plants, wire mesh or other materials from the fence.

Everyone with perimeter fencing will receive a 7-day notice and then a 48-hour notice before work will start on their section of fencing.

Please note that if the painters encounter a fence that has not been cleared of any materials they will charge the owner a $550 return trip fee. So, to avoid incurring this fee please take the necessary steps.
