Recently you should have received a ballot from Ballot Box, our formal independent Inspector of Elections, for our annual election to the community’s Board of Directors.

It is critical that you vote in our local community election. We need to achieve a quorum of the membership which is 25% or 125 valid signed ballots. In a situation where a quorum is not achieved, the election would be delayed, ballots would be remailed to those owners who did not vote and, the community would incur additional costs.

The annual election will be held on Wednesday, November 18th at 5 PM at the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course club house. Ballots must be received by Ballot Box by Noon on Monday, November 16th. Alternatively, ballots will also be accepted at the meeting location on November 18, 2026.
