Annual Community Association Notification Package for 2025

Keystone Pacific, our property manager, recently mailed a twenty page informational package for the 2025 fiscal year. This package includes the budget for 2025, a summary of the 2025 reserve study, our collection policy and other important statements.

With the new fiscal year the Board of Directors reviewed the operating budget with the goal of providing efficient operations and funding adequate reserves to meet long-term requirements. Based on this review, the Board determine that an increase to the monthly assessment is necessary. The monthly assessment will be increased by $14.00 per owner per month. This represents a 5% increase in assessments. The new rate will be effective January 1, 2025 and will be $294.00 per owner per month. The Quail Ridge development will continue to pay an additional $15.00 per owner per month for the maintenance of their entry gates. 

If you pay your assessment automatically through your bank, please remember to change the payment to the new amount of $294.00 per month starting with the January 1, 2025 payment or $309.00 if you live in Quail Ridge. If you have automatic draft through management, the amount will be automatically updated.

No special assessments are anticipated for the fiscal year 2025.
