If an owner is having a party that may extend into the late night hours or guests staying over they can avoid parking tickets by simply notifying NN Jaeschke in advance. Please contact Angelita Villanueva at [email protected] or at 858-795-7034. Let her know the address, the dates and number of vehicles. Angelita will pass that information on to Private Security, our security patrol company and they will not issue any parking tickets.

Also, if you plan on having family members or guests in town for several weeks or months you can apply for a short term parking permit. An example might be a son or daughter home from college for the summer. You simply complete a Short Term Parking Permit application and submit to NN Jaeschke. It is all done online in a matter of minutes. The form can be found under Forms on our community website. Call Angelita with any questions or concerns.

Please be advised that notice must be given to Angelita a minimum of 24 hours in advance. She is only available during regular working hours, Monday through Friday. Do not expect a reply over the weekend.
