In an effort to encourage homeowners to attend board meeting and to keep them informed of important external events the board is inviting various local officials to come and meet with homeowners.

We will be hosting Luke Shaffer at our September meeting at 5:30 PM. Luke is running for the city council seat representing District 1 which includes Encinitas Ranch. The September meeting will be held on Wednesday the 18th at the golf course club house. 

Luke will be running against the incumbent, Allison Blackwell who attended our board meeting in July.

By inviting them this is not an endorsement of either candidate. It will simply to allow homeowners to gain a better understanding of their positions on important matters such as the future of L-7 and other major developments along Quail Gardens Drive.

Please consider attending and come prepared with your questions. It is important to have a good understanding of where candidates stand on key issues.

So, please mark your calendars for Wednesday, September 18th to attend the board meeting. The portion with Luke Shaffer will be from 5:30 to 6 PM.
