In an effort to encourage homeowners to attend board meeting and to keep them informed of important external events the board will be inviting various local officials to come and meet with homeowners. We will be hosting Allison Blackwell at our July meeting at 5:30 PM. Allison is the Encinitas city council member representing District 1 which includes Encinitas Ranch. We have moved the meeting to accommodate schedules so this month the meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 24th at the golf course club house.

She is running for re-election in November against Luke Shaffer. We will be inviting Luke to a future meeting in the next few months.

By inviting them this is not an endorsement of either candidate. It will simply to allow homeowners to gain a better understanding of their positions on important matters such as the future of L-7 and other major developments along Quail Gardens Drive.

Please consider attending and come prepared with your questions. It is important to have a good understanding of where candidates stand on key issues.

So, please mark your calendars for Wednesday, July 24th to attend the board meeting. The portion with Allison Blackwell will be from 5:30 to 6 PM.
