The Encinitas City Council will be discussing the outcome of a financial feasibility study to develop the city owned parcel of land known as L-7 at their upcoming council meeting on Wednesday, June 26th. It is very important that residents of Encinitas Ranch follow this work and understand the implications. If this development does come to fruition it will definitely have a negative impact not only on traffic but also on our quality of life.
Below is a link to the agenda for the city council meeting. Item #10B is on L-7.

The net is the city would need to subsidize between $4.2M and $6.1M in order to make this development financially viable.
We urge homeowners to attend this meeting.
