You may not have noticed but the Encinitas Ranch entry monument letters look much brighter and cleaner than they used to look. The community recently had all the bronze letters refinished on all five major monuments. In addition, the bronze medallions are in the process of being cleaned. They are located at various trailheads and at the entry monuments.
Below are a few photos of the work that was recently completed and the new brighter monuments at night.

In addition, the community just awarded a contract to have all of the wrought iron perimeter fences repaired and repainted. Pacific Western willl undertake this work starting at the end of spring when warmer weather will help with curing the paint faster. The costs for the work will come from our reserves.
As a reminder, owners shall not hang or attach any item (especially combustible materials) on or over any perimeter walls, pilasters or fences or Community Association fences or walls. Such items will interfere with the fence painting and must be removed such that the painters have complete access around the fence. So, now is the time to start planning for the wrought iron painting project.
