The North Coastal Sheriff Station would like to remind you, do not leave your spare or valet keys in your vehicle. In recent days the Sheriff’s Department have seen vehicles being entered either through doors being left unlocked, or crooks breaking windows to steal property. As a result of these break-ins crooks are now finding valet and spare keys in the center console, or the glove compartment. They then take your vehicle. Please take these spare keys out of your cars.
