With summer in full swing the community is seeing more damage being done in the common areas including trails and parks from e-bikes.

Below is a photo of an example where e-bikes damaged the trail between Lynwood Drive and Cypress Hills Drive. When this happens the landscaping Committee and BrightView is forced to repair the damaged areas. This reduces the limited budget for discretionary enhancement projects.

Please ask children to avoid damaging these areas and say something if you notice this behavior. We all need to do our part to maintain our primary amenity, our common area landscaping.
