Below is the current schedule for the resealing work. This is subject to change due to weather and other factors.
Sept 11th – Lynwood Dr (odd numbered houses between Paseo de las Flores and Cascadia Lane) , Shasta Dr, Spyglass Court, Heritage Lane, Half of Cypress Hills Dr (the even numbered houses from Paloma Court to Paseo de las Verdes), Paseo de las Verdes (the north side of the street from Cypress Hills Drive to the crosswalk)
Sept 12th – Rihely Court, Spanish Bay Court, North end of Cypress Hills Dr (from Jensen Court south to the park), Half of Alexandra Lane (all even numbered houses), Half of Ranch Rd (all odd numbered houses), Rainey Court
Sept 14th – Half of Lynwood Dr (all houses north of Paseo de las Flores, even numbered houses from Paseo de las Flores to Cascadia Lane and all houses south of Cascadia Lane), Ravean Court (all even numbered houses), Dylan Way (even numbered houses), Lauren Court (even numbered houses)
Sept 15th– North side of Via Zamia, Brae Mar Court, Alex Way, Middle part of Cypress Hills Dr (from the park to Paloma Court)
Sept 18th– Paseo De Las Flores, Jensen Court, Cascadia Lane, Paloma Court (from Cypress Hills Drive to Cascadia Lane)
On September 18th vehicles will need to enter and exit the south mesa via Paseo de las Verdes
Sept 21th – Verbena Court, Paloma Court (south from Cascadia Lane), Samuel Court, South end of Cypress Hills Dr (odd numbered houses from Paloma Court to Paseo de las Verdes)
Sept 22th – Ranch Rd (all even numbered houses), Fairway Vista, Half of Ravean Court (all odd numbered houses), Lauren Court (odd numbered houses), Half of Alexandra Lane (all odd numbered houses), Hampton Court, South side of Via Zamia
All homeowners are required to park any vehicles they may need in another location or on other street. On some streets the resealing will be split with one side being done on one day and the other side on another day. In which case owners can park vehicles overnight on the opposite side of the street. These details will be provided on the flyers and maps.
Any vehicles left on the street will be towed at the owners’ expense.
There will be no vehicle access for 24 hours after resealing is complete. Homeowners can walk on the resealed streets after 4 hours and trash cans can be placed on the street without causing any damage.
Please notify visitors, gardeners and other service providers. Parking enforcement will be suspended from September 11th through the 22nd.
