Several appeals will be heard by the city council at their regular council meeting on Wednesday, November 20th starting at 6 PM at city hall regarding the proposed Quail Meadows development. This development was recently approved by the city Planning Commission but it being appealed by several interested civic minded groups that identified serious issues with the plans. The development if approved would add 448 new housing units to an already overbuilt Quail Gardens Drive. Having residents appear at this meeting is very important to support the appeal. The council does react to the number of interested residents.
If you are concerned about more developments along Quail Gardens Drive then you should attend this council meeting.
