The developer of the new Fox Point Farms community being built at the northwest corner of Leucadia Blvd. and Quail Gardens Drive hosted a tour of the public amenities under construction on Friday, February 23rd. It was attended by thirty homeowners who were interested in learning more about the plans and schedule.

The group toured the event space, outdoor lawn and seating areas, a two story building to house a produce market, a cafe as well as a restaurant. The host also took the group through other buildings housing a brewery, a coffee roasting area, stations for cleaning produce that will be grown on site and an apothercary. The attendees learned about the plans for the five acre plot of land that will be used to grow totally organic and sustainable produce and herbs.

Everyone came away extremely impressed with the progress and plans. The public amenities are planned to be open by June with a soft opening scheduled for May. We will keep the community updated.
