The community needs help and support with planning and holding social events. The board has set aside some funding to hold four events each year. The social committee was unable to get enough people to help with the proposed Spring Egg Hunt which is typically held in late March or early spring. Unfortunately, this meant that the Egg Hunt had to be cancelled.

More volunteers are needed if future events are to be held this year. Support is needed not only for set up and clean up but also for planning. The next proposed event is the Ice Cream Social, normally held in the summer then Oktoberfest in the fall.
