Starting Monday, September 29, 2025, the City will begin paving Leucadia Boulevard between Saxony Road and Town Center Place. This effort is part of the FY 24/25 Pavement Rehabilitation Project and aims to improve safety and pavement quality for our community.

Segment 1: Quail Gardens Drive to Town Center Place

• Night work | 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. | Approximately five nights
•  Expect lane closures and delays.

Segment 2: Saxony Road to Quail Gardens Drive

• Day work | 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. | Approximately five days
• Expect lane closures and delays.

The City strongly encourages community members to follow all construction signage and to travel slowly through the work zone. After work on Leucadia Boulevard is complete, crews will move on to resurface more than 20 additional street segments citywide.

We recommend that you avoid Leucadia Blvd. between Saxony Road and the Encinitas Town Center next week.
