Baldwin & Sons, the developer for the Quail Meadows Apartments, is holding a second public meeting to provide an additional opportunity for you to learn more about the Quail Meadows proposal. These apartments are planned to be built north of Sunshine Apartments on Quail Gardens Drive and south of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses church. The current plans are for 485 apartments in five and six story buildings with a seven story parking garage.

This meeting will include a formal presentation by the applicant to offer a more structured overview of the project. The previous meeting was held in an “open  house” format, allowing participants to move freely around the room and engage in one-on-one conversations with the developer’s team. This time, the applicant will be presenting the information in a more formal and organized manner to ensure a better understanding of the project details.
