The City of Encinitas owns and maintains most of Paseo de las Flores from Quail Gardens Drive to the entry monument. The community works very closely with the city to advocate for healthy trees and parkways that are well maintained. As a result of those advocacy efforts the city is in the process of replanting the parkways from the golf course cart crossing to the entry monument.
