There are about 30 mailboxes spread throughout the entire community. This is a friendly reminder that these mailboxes are owned and maintained by the HOA, not the post office. A policy was adopted years ago that only allows for HOA sponsored content to be posted on the mailboxes. This would include content like the agendas for the monthly board meetings and events.

They are not to be used to promote any business or to share any personal information like a lost pet or baby sitting services. The HOA uses the plastic sleeves for their posting. Other flyers that are taped to the mailboxes damage the paint and require the community to spend additional funds to clean and repaint them. Please help out with following this policy.
