The community recently approved and adopted new Architectural Standards and updated several checklists used to install glass walls, solar panels and synthetic turf. All of these have been posted on this web site under the Design section.

The Architectural Committee spent nearly a year in revising these standards in an effort to simplify and streamline the process of approving architectural applications. It is very important for members to thoroughly understand and follow these standards if they intend to make improvements to their homes.

In addition, the Architectural Committee has selected new consulting architects to assist with reviewing architectural applications. For minor and standard applications the community has contracted with Lightfoot Planning Group in Carlsbad and for major applications the community contracted with A7 Group in Encinitas.
