On Wednesday, March 18th our Encinitas Mayor Bruce Ehlers and City Council officially accepted the $15,000 that Oliver Pratt raised to help build a new community nature park on Quail Gardens Drive and honored him for his incredible efforts. Oliver and his family live on Verbana Court in our community. This is an amazing accomplishment for such a young person and we should all be proud of his efforts.
