Pacific Western will be finishing the perimeter wrought iron fence painting project this week by Friday, April 3rd. This project was intended to repair and repaint only the perimeter fences that adjoin or back up to common maintenance areas as part of our ongoing infrastructure support and our reserve study.

The board will have all of the fences inspected. If a perimeter fence was missed or not appropriately prepared, primed or painted please contact N. N. Jaeschke. You can contact Stella Estrada, our administrative assistant at [email protected] or at 858-795-7052.

Any areas that might have been missed will be repainted in early April.
