The city of Encinitas Planning Commission will hear from the developer, Balwin & Sons, and concerned residents about the proposal Quail Meadows Development on Quail Gardens Drive on Thursday, February 1st starting at 6 PM.

This development if completed as planned will consist of two very large monolithic six story buildings housing 485 apartments. Opponents will have an opportunity to express their concerns at the meeting.

The development will have an enormous impact on traffic, noise, safety and overall quality of life for residents who live along Quail Gardens Drive.

If you are among those who have strong feelings and concerns you should plan to attend the meeting. Volunteers will be present to collect names and contact information if you are willing to help with organization and donations.
