The community association was just made aware today, January 13th, that the entry gate receiver is not longer working. This means that Quail Ridge homeowners will need to manually enter the gate code to gain access to the development until a new receiver is installed. The existing remotes will not work.
Curtis Management and the board are aggressively working on a solution that can be installed in the very near future. We already have a proposal from the current gate maintenance company, APS.
