This is just a quick update on the status of repairing the entry gate at Quail Ridge. The receiver that operates the gate finally failed several weeks ago. The community has been working with APS, the company that maintains the gate and they have ordered a new wireless receiver and new remote controllers. Each owner will receive two new remote controllers.

APS just informed us today, Monday, January 30th that their current plans call for them to complete the installation on Thursday, February 2nd and that the gate should operate properly by Friday the 3rd.

The remote controllers will be distributed later this week to every homeowner on Ravean Court and Dylan Way.
