BrightView, our landscaping contractor recently completed several major projects in the community that are already enhancing the beautiful common areas.

1. The annual tree trimming work was just finished by BrightView Tree Services.
2. Large portions of the slope below Quail Ridge were replanted after removing big sections of high maintenance cape honeysuckle with drought tolerant and low maintenance plants.

3. A large section of the trail that follows along holes 11 and 13 on the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course were recently replanted and now offer a stunning palette of colorful low maintenance plants.

Infrastructure Projects Completed 

1. The old irrigation booster pump enclosures and pads were demolished and removed from the south mesa. They are no longer needed because of the reclaimed water project completed in 2018.
2. Numerous trip hazards were removed from the sidewalks across the entire community.
