The major amenity for our community is our common areas which include entrances, slopes, trails, parks, parkways and trees. The Landscaping Committee and their major landscaping contractor, BrightView work very hard to maintain and constantly enhance our common areas. Everyone needs to do their part in ensuring that all trails, parks and pathways look their very best. Please pick up any debris, don’t tample parks and avoid trimming any common area trees or shrubs.

We are seeing many regular and e-bikes using sidewalks, trails and pathways. They are not allowed and only to be used by pedestrians. They can cause damage which everyone pays for the repairs and they can create very unsafe conditions.
