This is a reminder that the monthly HOA dues or assessment fees are being increased from $280 to $294 starting January of 2025. This increase is due to significants increases in water rates and usage, labor costs as well as the costs for landscaping and plant materials. This change was communicated to all homeowners in November of 2024 as part of the annual disclosure package which everyone should have received in the mail.

You will receive reminders about the increase in your monthly statement and should notify your bank or credit card of the change if you are using automatic deposits.
