This is a reminder that if you are concerned about safety, traffic congestion and quality of life issues due to excess parking on Paseo de las Flores, please submit a signed petition. This petition is to request the city to establish a permit parking program on this street.

Your support matters greatly. We want to get a greater percentage of the homeowners in Devonshire and the south mesa to provide their input thereby adding more weight and recognition of these problems to the City of Encinitas.
