This article is to notify all homeowners in the south mesa of Encinitas Ranch about the upcoming work to repave Paseo de las Flores and parts of Lynwood Drive. This is part of the recycled water project and is intended to provide a much smoother road surface. As mentioned in previous communications once these streets are resurfaced work will start in the next few months to reseal all of the streets in the entire community.
Both streets will be repaved starting on Wednesday, March 12th at 8 AM and finishing on Thursday, March 14 that 5 PM. This work was intended to start on Tuesday the 12th but was pushed back one day due to a delay at the asphalt plant.
During these two days traffic flow on these two streets will be impacted. Flag men will be in place to direct traffic. Please follow their instructions.
To avoid delays in entering and exiting the community it is recommended that homeowners use Paseo de las Verdes.
Trash pickup will take place on Wednesday, March 13th as is the normal practice. Please take out trash on Tuesday evening.
