Approximately 1400 notices were sent by the San Elijo Joint Powers Authority (SEJPA) to residents within 500 feet of the planned reclaimed water project in the south mesa. The notice provided a detailed update on the status of the projectd and was highlighted in a recent post on this website.
Of the 1400 residents that were noticed approximately five submitted written concerns to SEJPA. Most of them had to do with the re-alignment of the reclaimed water line under Paseo de las Flores and parts of Lynwood Drive. SEJPA developed answers to all of the questions and concerns submitted and a copy of those is attached for reference. Every resident who submitted a formal response will receive a written copy of these answers.
As has been the case since the summer of 2015 the project status is reviewed at every board meeting and during the monthly Landscaping Committee walkthrough.
