In the next several months another large infrastructure project will be underway to fix any cracks in the asphalt pavement and reseal all of the streets in Encinitas Ranch. Commencement of the project was held off due to the recycled water project in the south mesa which is now nearly complete.

Proposals have already been received by several large paving contractors and the expectation is that an award will be made in April with actual work to start in June or July.

During the project homeowners will be notified of when the area in front of their house will be resealed so that they can make plans to park elsewhere. Access to driveways will only be limited for no more than one day. The community will be posting notices on front doors as well as on the mail boxes on the exact work days.
