The landscaping committee is working closely with BrightView on a major turf renovation project to improve the state of turf in the street parkways throughout the entire community. This project reflects the overall philosophy of the committee to focus on those areas that are of high visibility and provide a greater impact for homeowners and visitors. Our landscaping is one of the most important amenities in the community. Expect to see signage about the project in the parkways and BrightView crew members working in these areas.

There are over 250,000 square feet of turf representing over 5.7 acres in the community and a good portion of this is parkway grass. BrightView will be using thatching equipment first then overseeding with rye grass. As BrightView moves through the community on this project they will be placing signs to stay off of the grass for several weeks to allow the seed to take root and grow.
