On Monday, August 14th and Tuesday, August 15th the community will have crack sealant applied to all streets. You will be seeing Apache trucks completing this work. You can drive on the crack sealant as soon as it applied. It dries immediately and will not cause damage to any vehicles. No road closures are necessary. This work will be done in advance of all of the streets being resealed in mid-September.

Below is the tentative schedule for the resealing work. This is subject to change due to weather and other factors. We will provide regular updates as the dates for the work get closer. 

When the date approaches for your street or portion of street to be resealed you will need to find an alternate location to park any vehicles the night before the sealant is applied. You will not be able to drive on the street for 24 hours. 

Parking enforcement will be suspended from September 11th through the 22nd.

Sept 11^th – Lynwood Dr (odd numbered houses between Paseo de las Flores and Cascadia Lane) , Shasta Dr, Spyglass Court, Heritage Lane, Half of Cypress Hills Dr (the even numbered houses from Paloma Court to Paseo de las Verdes), Paseo de las Verdes (the north side of the street from Cypress Hills Drive to the crosswalk)

Sept 12^th – Rihely Court, Spanish Bay Court, North end of Cypress Hills Dr (from Jensen Court south to the park), Half of Alexandra Lane (all even numbered houses), Half of Ranch Rd (all odd numbered houses), Rainey Court

Sept 14^th – Half of Lynwood Dr (all houses north of Paseo de las Flores, even numbered houses from Paseo de las Flores to Cascadia Lane and all houses south of Cascadia Lane), Ravean Court (all even numbered houses), Dylan Way (even numbered houses), Lauren Court (even numbered houses)

Sept 15^th– North side of Via Zamia, Brae Mar Court, Alex Way, Middle part of Cypress Hills Dr (from the park to Paloma Court)

Sept 18^th– Paseo De Las Flores, Jensen Court, Cascadia Lane, Paloma Court (from Cypress Hills Drive to Cascadia Lane)

Sept 21^th – Verbena Court, Paloma Court (south from Cascadia Lane), Samuel Court, South end of Cypress Hills Dr (odd numbered houses from Paloma Court to Paseo de las Verdes)

Sept 22^th – Ranch Rd (all even numbered houses), Fairway Vista, Half of Ravean Court (all odd numbered houses), Lauren Court (odd numbered houses), Half of Alexandra Lane (all odd numbered houses), Hampton Court, South side of Via Zamia
