For those of you who have not visited Fox Point Farms yet, we encourage you to stop by and explore the ever expanding public venues. The developer continues to add more amenities and introduce new and expanded menus for the cafe and restaurant. They also continue to add more items in their grocery area and additional seating.

Several homeowners have complained about vehicles being parked on Paseo de las Flores for Fox Point Farm visitors. The developer is aware of these concerns however, this is a public street where anyone is allowed to park. Both Paseo de las Flores and Paseo de las Verdes are public streets and were purposely zoned as such to allow for public access.

Nearly everyone in Encinitas Ranch is within a five minute bike ride or a ten to fifteen minute walk. If do you walk or bike you get a ten percent discount on food and beverages at the cafe.
