In the past month a number of significant landscaping and infrastructure projects were completed across the community. Below is a short summary:

• Three of trailhead along Lynwood Drive were rebuilt with new decomposed granite (DG) and new wooden borders
• The rip rap swale on Lot 14 at the very south end of the community was completely rebuilt
• The landscaping around the parking lot on Ravean Court was replanted
• BrightView has rebuilt numerous sections of the irrigation system throughout the community and this work is ongoing. After 20 years of service the sprinklers heads and valves need to be replaced as they deteriorate over time. This is part of a very large focus on water conservation and sustainability.
• Along with the rebuilding of sections of the irrigation system BrightView is working to ensure that the turf in the parks and parkways have sufficient water and is healthy and green.
• All of the utility boxes in the parkway that provide phone, internet, cable services are all being repainted brown to look aesthetically pleasing
