Two appeals were heard by the city council at their regular council meeting on Wednesday, November 20th regarding the proposed Quail Meadows development. As an outcome of the discussions the city council chose to continue the appeals until February of 2025. It was apparent for those in attendance that the council felt that there were a number of very important issues uncovered that merit more attention and discussion. This is very good news for those residents of Encinitas about the decision made by the council and the future of this proposed development. We will continue to keep everyone in Encinitas Ranch updated. It is very important that everyone stay involved.
