YOUR VOTES ARE NEEDED!
In order for the membership to hold the annual election for the board of directors a quorum is needed and that requires a minimum of 125 ballots. So, every ballot counts. As of November 14th the community has only received 50 ballots. If a quorum is not established, then the election is delayed and additional expenses are incurred.
Ballots must be received by Noon on Monday, November 27th. Alternatively, members can hand them to the inspector of elections on the day of the meeting.
If for some reason you did not receive a ballot you can contact Ballot Box, an independent vendor hired by the community to serve as our inspector of elections. They can be contacted at [email protected] and they will send you a new ballot.
